Gorgeous jacket--great value at Campsaver!

Written on Jul 05, 2017

I admired the Martina jacket for months as a more stylish alternative to my other, more sporty outerwear, but I wanted it in red--low and behold, it appeared here at half price. But--no size M. Based on other reviews, I ordered L--fits great! I'm 5'7", 148#, 36C, hourglass figure. This is a stylish, functional soft shell jacket with a fleece interior that's warm enough for cool but not cold temps, and good in damp weather. Looks great open or zipped or zipped and buttoned. It even looks great over a sundress for refrigerated air!

Because CS also carries the Martina Heathered Jacket, I want to note that I also have that one, in M, and it fits almost exactly like the large in the soft shell model. So Prana fixed the sizing issue in their newer version. That jacket is also just lovely, and very soft and cozy! Love my Martinas!

Cute, comfortable quality

My 3rd pair of Dorras--adjustable, comfortable for long periods of walking, and a great color--Flamingo. I love the Chaco footbed and the leather linings and footbed--much better than many brands that use man made. These just get better with age. They fit true to size, unlike some other Chaco styles that run large.

Very disappointed—fabric, quality, and style were far below Prana’s usual

I ordered this dress based on the attractive website photo, but in person, it looked terrible. The fabric is lightweight, but what was most striking was the vertical seaming. These are actually raw-edged seams that finish at the hem and look exactly like the inside of a normal seam. I suppose if I pressed this dress, these seams might lie flat—but then it wouldn’t be the easy care, packable, wear-anywhere style normal for Prana dresses. As it was, the edges were uneven and made the dress look very cheap. The fit was rather large and sloppy. I ordered the red color, but it was darker than shown and didn’t flatter my skin tone. I returned this item.

Love the new floral!

Written on Apr 29, 2016

I own an embarrassing number of Morning Glory dresses. The florals of two years ago fit me well (5'7" 140# 34C), and the fabric was a lovely weight of a durable, silky synthetic knit. Last year's diamanté pattern broke the mold--thinner straps with less support, a fuzzier fabric. This new dress returns to the older pattern--slightly wider straps, sleek fabric, great pattern. The fit, however, is a little looser in the bust and the straps are not quite as supportive as the earlier dresses. I'd like to see Patagonia tighten things up a bit for us less busty, more athletic gals.

Not a great look for me

I ordered the Amelie dress in the raisin color, size M. I generally wear a M in Prana dresses, but this one hung off me--clearly a full size too large. At 5'7, 140#, it hit a couple inches above the knee, so a S would have been too short for my taste. The pattern and design were attractive, but the fabric was very lightweight. This dress would be perfect in a small if I were 5'5". I returned this item and did not reorder.

Great little casual skirt

Written on Feb 10, 2016

I have two of these. The fleece lining is cozy and the cut is cute and not bulky over leggings or yoga pants, and looks especially good with boots. Great for casual outdoor dates in cold weather! I'm 5'7 140# and the medium is just a little loose. Love the deep, zippered pockets!
