I'm 5'10" 150 lbs and got a small, and it's pretty perfect. It might be a tiny bit more snug around the chest than I'm used to with my Patagonia, but not too much so. Great build quality and a nice compromise between insanely light and medium weight. It's neither of these, but right in between.
