It is a super grippy pair of shoes and very light in weight. Perfect for mid range trail running.
I purchased the shoes for 100km racing, but found that I'd like to have something with more protection, and a better cushioned tongue for this kind of range.
But, if you are looking for a light weighted and grippy trailing running shoe for something like a 30km run, this is a perfect choice.
