These pants are the best hiking/climbing pants I own/ever tried. They're light, stretchy and durable. The only improvement would be to have crampon patches as I've punctured the bottoms a few times but that is not really what this pant was meant for. I purchased these after returning Marmot Approach pants with several tears from rock and tree branch snags. As with most Arcteryx gear, the pants look great; I've worn them as golf pants and received quite a few compliments.
