I had received a pair of running shoes that were sized incorrectly and customer service immediately sent me a return authorization to send back the sneakers free of charge. And they credited back my credit card upon receiving the sneakers back. I plan on purchasing athletic shoes with them in the future as I feel safe and confident knowing their return policy.
