We have used this mat on every backpacking trip since we bought it.
We use it with the double nemo quilt system. We slept on it for a whole month in Patagnoia. Super comfy and roomy. Great purchase. Worth the price tag.

Efficient and easy to use. Works really well with a wide-mouth Nalgene. We use a bandana to filter out sediments and then the pen to finish the job.
Keep in mind the batteries are big & bulky so it adds weight to your final system.
It is our preferred system for the speed and ease of use.
Also great for non-outdoor settings with questionable water to make sure you travel sickness-free.

Platypus SoftBottle With Push-Pull Cap
Lightweight for the trail, retains its shape so its easy to fill from a filter. Make sure to let them dry thoroughly between trips because they are a challenge to clean.
