This rope excells in performance while ice climbing. Is really light and visible which helps in its carrying and visualization while climbing the route. Also its super water resistant and its construction gives me confidence.

Outdoor Research Highcamp Mitts - Mens
These pair of gloves are outstanding. Taking into account the price and the performance I'm not afraid to say that it could be the best mitt for the peaks up to 6000 (in summer). They have enough room for use with a thinner pair of gloves or liner so as to have an extra level of warmth. The construction is pretty solid and comfortable. The leather palm is an excellent touch for added adherence. I used them while belaying in ice climbing in winter and they rocked!

Mountain Equipment Citadel Jacket - Mens
This jacket proved to be very valuable in cold wet weather. It helped me sustain myself during a trip to Cerro Tronador peak with a lot of wind and cold. It performed really well and I'm very happy with this purchase. This jacket packs down to the size of a -10°C down sleeping bag.

Outdoor Research Splitter II Gloves
They are well constructed. The materials are really good and it really helps me to ajm my hands at the crags!. I think they will last a long time but that may depend on the type of rock that you are climbing.
