The jacket is a slim fit. I wear a large in this brand and its roomy. This fits close to the body, but not tight. I wouldn't recommend sizing up unless you want it baggy. The only reason to not give it 5 stars is there is no adjustments for the hood. The hood is fitted, but it is still a little taller than my head. I don't think it will blow off, but a drawstring or hood height adjustment feature
