Got this bag because I’m a cheapo and my Gregory diva was pinching a nerve in my hip after 60 miles. Love this bag and it’s holding up great. Big hip pockets, and balances the pack weight perfectly on shoulders and hips. Fits a ton and brain detaches and you can take out the frame for even lighter weight although I’ve never done that . Managed to fit 11 days of food in it for the JMT and it fits a bear vault easily . Durable and no malfunctions so far. I’m 5’8 and 125 lbs and have the hip belt as tight as it will go but still fits perfectly. The only thing I would change is an easier pocket to hold a water bottle as the side pockets are hard to reach around into. So I made a bottle holder and attached it to the shoulder strap. But for price I wouldn’t get a different pack !
Tried just one night so far and slept great. No bottoming out. Low r value but I also got a klymit quilted v sheet to use sometimes that supposedly adds 2R to it. Impressed so far . Have yet to try it below 40 degrees
