I have used it one time down in the low 20's. I was plenty warm. It has a roomy foot box. I am 5-10 185 pounds and had no space problems or side sleeping issues. It is not exactly as pictured. The neck baffle is just a fuller baffle instead of separate one. No neck cinch cord. Bag came with mesh storage bag and small stuff sack. Compresses pretty well will fit the stuff sack but not confident it will last (tight). The zippers worked well. Haven't tried in damp conditions yet.
These are large cooking utensils. Great for lightweight "car" camping. I was hoping to use backpacking, but spoon is too wide to eat with. Either that or my mouth is too small. I also got the small version. It is too short for package meals - medium would be just right if it was offered.
