I got the tent after long long wait time and multiple delay, I contacted the customer service regarding the missing parts and they say we will investigate it and that’s it!!!! It’s been 2weeks and they still investigating and no reply from them, this is awful and I will get to my bank with prove of trying to solve it but with no response and I’m reporting it as an scam and get my full refund for it. I’m done dealing with this people and you guys better to get your hard earn money elsewhere and save yourself.
