I always thought trekking poles were a waste money. I mean why would you want to have to carry something in your hand all the time. After expanding my hiking territory, Trekking poles are a must have. They help me tremendously going down hills.

Acecamp Pongee Sleeping Bag Liner
i was unsure if i wanted a sleeping bag liner. I am glad I splurged. It keeps the inside of my sleeping bag extra clean. Plus it keeps me warmer. I wish I had bought one years ago. They are definitely worth the money.

I love these!!!!! They fit perfect!!!!They are reinforced at the knee. They have pockets. I just wish they offered more colors. I would love to have multiple pairs but not all the same color. Black will do for now.
