I am 5’5” on a good day and my daughter is 5’2” and this backpack was, sadly, too long for us. We are long legged and short torso so I suspect this has something to do with it. I also have a fussy back and the pack just didn’t sit well on my back. And, yes, I made as many adjustments that I could with the pack’s sizing adjustments. For the right person, with the right sized torso,, this pack is beautiful, well made, and thoughtfully designed. Sadly, for me, I had to return it.
