This thing is a life saver! After hours of trekking with a heavy pack, it is awesome just to sit down...but sitting down on a padded chair with a BACKREST= AMAZING. Everyone on the mountain is jealous! It does take some practice to learn how to fold your sleeping pad so it fits into this sleeve/chair, I suggest doing some dry runs at home.
