I’m extremely disappointed in this product. We spent HUNDREDS of dollars on this tent and then the zipper breaks after on four uses. We have to pay to ship it to get the zipper fixed and miss the rest of the camping season. If this is not resolved in a more convenient manner I will never buy or recommend someone but a Big Agnes product again. However, I am willing to change my tune if Big Agnes comes up with another solution.
