This product is great if you're car camping. However, my boyfriend and I need a bag that's good for backpacking. We thought zipping the sleeping bags apart and each carrying one wouldn't be so bad, but they are very bulky. They do not pack down small at all. Great pack! My boyfriend got the Savant 55 and I got the Sage 35. Together we can carry all our gear to hike & camp overnight with everything inside our packs. I absolutely love the Sage 35. It has the perfect amount of storage. I love that it comes with a rain cover. Gregory is a company that only specializes in packs... you're really getting quality here.
