I have had a few of these shirts. First, the Hops color shown in the photo is not the color of the real shirt. Maybe someone at Exofficio had some fun with Photoshop. The shirt performs well, I don't personally like the length of the sleeves when rolled up / buttoned. I am sending the one back in Hops. Totally misrepresented.

I have had a few pairs of these pants, and walk 10+ miles a day in them. Before that, I was wearing jeans, and sweating up a storm. I purchased Exofficio underwear, and combined with Rampart pants, I don't sweat as much, and when I do sweat, the pants dry quickly. My iPhone, in a flat case, fits into the front pocket. I carry a few things in the cargo pockets. The pockets don't zip, but nothing has ever fallen out. The current ones, just in my opinion, feel a bit stiffer than my previously purchased Rampart pants. Other than that, I wear Ramparts every day. I can't find anything else as good. Fjallraven pants don't seem to come in a 30 length, and Columbia silver ridge cargo pants were paper thin and are not sized correctly. So, I purchased two pairs of Ramparts, and plan to wear them for years to come. Arc'teryx seems to have come out with an updated version for 2016. More money. For now, I am perfectly happy with this previous version Buy them. You won't regret it. If you wear a 36x30 and don't like them, you could always send them to me :)

I wear an XL in the Arc'teryx Cerium LT, so I was surprised when this Thorium was to big. Big around my stomach and chest, almost to tight around my neck. Such a beautiful jacket. I am sad it won't work for me.
