My placing order was 20th Dec., 2016, but actually shipping was 29th Dec., 2016. Generally, shipping delay should be allowed due to Christmas season, but my opinion is too delayed. However, this site's reply against my reminder message and my ordered item have no problem, so I satisfy in these point. I will order with this site, thanks.
