The best trail running shoes for my feet. They have just enough support, flexible. Wrap my feet just the way I need. Recommended. Everybody should try these before purchasing a pair of trail running shoes.

I used the size chart by Outdoor Research and they fit perfectly. These are very comfortable and light. Best choice for belaying and rappelling. Extra layer in the palm area is a great idea. Definitely recommended!
