Outdoor Research Trail Mix Jacket - Women's
I love the fabric of this jacket. It's super soft and lightweight. It's technical enough for outdoor activities while comfy enough to wear around the house or about town. The green color is really lovely. I'm between sizes in OR and bought the large. Sometimes the large is unwearable, but it works for me in this jacket aside from the arms being long.

Great for outdoor work or lounging around the house. Soft and pre-washed so size doesn't change. Typical Carhartt quality. Feels Want it in more colors. I was between sizes in the chest and went up a size. It was a good decision.

I think this will be a great functional piece for cool weather. Haven't had a chance to try it yet. Looks cute, too, which will make it good as a travel layer.

didn't fit in either the medium or the large, so I had to return it. The hoody version fits a little differently from the non-hoody version. I'm about 5'1" and a bit chesty. The medium non-hoody fit fine but medium hoody was too tight. The large hoody was way too big.
Favorite hiking shirt

My go-to shirt for hiking in most conditions. Light and wicking. Layers nicely. Looks good for casual wear on travel, too.

I wish I'd bought this jacket sooner. It's perfect for most of the hiking I do in the southeast and southwest. For temps in the 30s to 60s, just wear a short sleeve shirt underneath and you're good to go. The lightweight vested material on the front adds just enough insulation and wind protection without making you overheat. It's an athletic fit. I'm at the end of the medium range. The recommended size fit like a shirt, so I went a size up so that it fit more like a jacket.
