Osprey Daylite Plus 20L Daypack
Works amazing for mountain biking. I originally just bought it for hiking, and it is a great day pack for summer hikes. I hike in mountains and hot weather often and stuff 4 liters of water reservoir packs in this backpack (turns out it actually has a pouch specifically made for this). This is plenty of space for the water needed on a 12 hour day hike even in dry climates above and high altitudes above 13,000 feet. There's also space left over for a couple layers of clothes and snacks without being a bulky pack. Super comfy, it has a curvature to fit your back and openings in the curve against your back for breath-ability. Front clip to reduce the load on your back. I even trail run with it sometimes. Highly recommend
