Site description stated condition was like new. However, upon setup, I found that both Plastic housings (Gears and Board/Ports) were broken. The housing for the Aux port has a crack going all the way through on the outside faster which causes it to not stay together. Same issue with the gear housing.
Aside from this issue, the mount itself performed as expected with little gear noise and smooth movement. The control lost its align twice but I think that may have been caused by the Celestron Software (CPWI).
All in all, good buy even with the cracked housings. I would likely purchase from Campsaver.com again. Just may not purchase used.
