The price was the lowest o the internet and questions about shipment went smoothly. There was a problem with payment and needed to verify the transaction authorization code with the credit card company. This was the first time that I ever had a "problem" with a payment but it took only 5 minutes to receive the code. After verifying the code with Campsaver the boots and pack were shipped and received in 5 days. It is a pleasure working with a company that wants to protect my credit card purchase despite the initial anxiety.
I was so pleased with the service that I suggested to my wife to look at the site. She also bought a pair of shoes. She paid via PayPal without a problem.
The coupons also further reduced the initial costs of all items so we are very pleased.
