Table without legs
Written on Jul 02, 2017
Review for
Travel Chair Kanpai Bamboo Table
We looked forward to a birthday dinner on our new table at a remote camp site on a recent outing. We eagerly set up the table with the unique features favoring the wine devotee (grained wood top, slots for wine stemware). We placed our dining fare on the table and WHOOMPF. One corner collapsed and then another corner dropped. Imagine our disappointment, watching all our utensils and food falling to the dirt. What a mess! Ugh. It appeared upon inspection that the shiny leg retention pins did not extend to full length, securing the legs at their adjusted length. No amount of fiddling with the adjustable leg length or retention pins would improve the stability of the legs. Useless table. Dinner in our lap that night.
