Petzl Attache Screw Lock Carabiner
Lightweight with smooth action screwgate. Petzl is my new go-to brand when it comes to caribiners - you can tell it's a quality piece when you handle it. The Attache gets high marks from professional online reviewers - you can't go wrong here.

Mammut Taiss Light Mid GTX Shoes - Men's
These are nice well constructed boots that fit my narrow feet well. That said - they run quite small. I'm a 10.5 street shoe, but needed to size up to a 11.5 (45) in these to prevent my toes from contacting the front of the boot on descent / front-pointing. For comparison, I own La Sportiva Spantik and G2 SM in size 11's (44.5). The boots are very light and warmer than I expected. Looking forward to putting them through their paces.
