Great water and camp shoe

Written on Jul 15, 2018

I use this shoe for SUP and other water sports. It’s also light and compact enough that it works great as a camp shoe. I’ve used it backpacking and bikepacking. The rubber is very grippy. I felt secure on slippery river rocks.

Easy on the hand Pro Tool

Written on Jun 18, 2018

Really nice tool. The larger surface area helps from digging into the palm of your hand when loosening a nut or other pro. Like the self recoiling leash it keeps it clean and less tangle free than just utility cord. Haven't had it long enough to say if the leash will be durable. For the price and ease of use this can't be beat.

Easy handling draw

Written on Jun 04, 2018

Really love clipping with these carabiners. The notches in the gate really help in both holding and actuating the gate. Also the length of the carabiner fits so much nicer in my hand. Overall, I feel less finger fatigue using these than those with smaller carabiners. The insert is the next cool feature. I'm hoping that the insert will help keep the rope from getting dirty in the long run and reduce drag.

Ergonomic Carabiner Dream

Written on Aug 31, 2017

Really impressed with these biners. Besides the engineering with the steel insert that makes them and your rope last longer they feel great in your hands. I bought them for the insert, with the straight gate being used to clip to bolt hangers and not worry about the hangers digging into the aluminum. I use the bent gates for the rope side and the stainless steel keeps the rope clean (not black hands) by note rubbing aluminum oxide onto/into the rope. The bonus I was not expecting was how ergonomic these carabiners are. The shape fits in your hands without feeling like you are crimping on them. I can get all my fingers or just a few around it, as it is long enough. This makes it more comfortable to hold when clipping and unclipping. The gate has finger indentations that make it is easier to grasp and hence open. The spring action on the gate is solid in its security, but with a lighter action than other I have used, that opening the gate when you are pumped is easier. The design of this biner just makes it easier to clip and unclip with all the little details they put into it. You really notice it when your hands are getting tired.

Light weight locking carabiner

and fairly light weight when carrying up a climb. I bought them for setting up anchors or when I need a locker during a climb. The price was good, making it a real value.
