Best shorts

Great fit, light stretch fabric. Price reasonable. Put liner shorts under for mountain biking at about same price as brand name mtb shorts

Best approach and trail shoe I've owned!

Written on Dec 21, 2015

Love these shoes, best hands down. Seems like complaints have been around availaiblity and shipping. Mine find true to size and needed no break-in. I use them for light hiking - dirt, gravel, grass wet and dry and pavement. I come from a rock and mountaineering background and have had various approach shoes from 5.10 and others over the years. I hate wearing boots unless it's really required. These shoes are as sticky on rock as climbing rubber. The bottom contour is awesome, with a hard edge that feels more like a mountain biking tire and doesn't roll on inclines. They grip even on wet and muddy grass slopes but don't get bogged with mud between treds. These shoes form a great stable platform yet seem to roll effortlessly on hard surfaces. They are also very quiet and comfortable walking on hard surfaces. None of the blocky/clunky feel of some "trail" shoes.

Finally, a very reasonable price. Others have commented on durability; I've only had mine for about 2 months. Nonetheless, I highly recommend these.
