I have not tried the Italian pepper steak yet, but I've had other MH. Freeze dried foods before. All I've tried are very good. I will be using them on a Colorado backcountry elk trip in September. I'm sure they will fill the void very well.
These socks was a free gift with the purchase of a pair of boots. So why complain about that. Seem to be a nice pair of hiking socks. Can't even tell that they are irregular
Not had a chance to use them yet, but first impression is that they look to be well made, very light weight and fell comfortable trying them on. Sizing was spot on. My wife has worn Salomon walking/running shoes for years and love them, best shoes she has used. I will try and wear them for a bit, then truly put them to the test this September in the Colorado Rockies. That will tell the tale.
