This hat has a wide brim and should be very waterproof with Goretex, but I hike often in hot weather and it has no ventilation. I will look for something else that has some mesh and will not be so hot .

The pack has been nothing but amazing, I don't feel sore at the end of the day, and the suspension keeps the weight evenly distributed on the gigantic plush hipbelt. It works as a backpack perfectly, and includes all the features you'd expect, plus a couple more. Waterproofing helps a lot for peace of mind, I'm sure it's not completely waterproof, but it's kept everything dry in pouring rain without a rain cover, and the laminated fabric feels sturdy, while still being lightweight.

Simply cannot go wrong with smartwool. They are perfect for hiking and wick away moisture from her feet. Perfect for longer hikes. They are my "go to socks". I keep a couple of a pair in my wardrobe at all times, cant go wrong with them. Feet stay warm and dry.

This waist pack is the perfect size. Not too big but plenty of room for my iPhone,earbuds, compact hairbrush and passport wallet. It's coming everywhere with me, for sure. Highly recommend the phone room, super convenient to use.
Great rain jacket

Pros : Exactly what I was looking for. Light weight and waterproof with a hood . I Can layer underneath In cooler weather. Folds up small for travel. Cons : The waterproof material makes the jacket not very breathable and makes me sweat so much it feels like the jacket is leaking.
