No sure why Campsaver has its fair share of negative reviews. I received my items even quicker than REI and almost half the price. I also received $40+ in points to use for my next purchase. What's there to complain about? Prices are very competitive and quality of packaging is above average. Highly recommend Campsaver!! Haven't tried the climbing rope yet but the reviews were generally very positive.
