Front zipper too short

Size 4 of this brand always fit me well. The front zipper of the pant I received was too short, had to struggle to pull through my hip. I only weight 98 lbs!! Returned.

I love the weight of the jacket, fitting is good. However, the lining is not to my like. If you wear a smooth surface garment underneath everything is fine but if you wear a rough surface garment underneath, you may struggle a bit to put it on.
