I've used a BA Air Core Ultra (non-insulated) for several years, and have never had any issues with it. Some people say that they're noisy, but it's never bothered me. I've never noticed even a bit of deflation overnight. I'm a side sleeper and never have felt my hip hit the ground. Seems to be very well built. I've not taken the insulated one out yet, but I did air it up and lay on a laminate floor on it, it seems exactly like the non-insulated version. I hope so, because I really only bought it for the insulation, my regular air core ultra is still holding up fine! It came with a free pad inflation sack which I've tried out and works fine, I'll just have to decide whether the usefulness of the sack justifies the additional weight to carry.
