I have owned many high end boots, from hard core hikers to casual around towners. For me to come write a review I either absolutely love something or absolutely hate it. First off, the good... the foot bed, or sole of the boot is comfy, nice arch support. They look nice. Thats it on the good. The bad, the top of the boot hits right on my ankle bones and there is zero padding... my ankles were actually bruised the first time I wore them. I struggled threw and wore them 5 more days, not back to back. Its not getting better... now I am starting to get blisters on my heel from the leather rubbing. No top hook like most boots, its a loop so you basically have to unlace them every time to get them on and off. I am going to keep trying a couple of more weeks. I have worn them too many times to return so I am stuck with the biggest waste of money ever. I love the chaco sandals I have but these are a huge disappointment.
