Great hydration vest. None of my other biking or hiking hydration packs were working out for trail running as they would bounce too much and rub my neck. The Nathan HPL #020 is great, no bouncing, no rubbing, and it is surprisingly breathable. The front pockets are great for gels and a phone/gps. As some other reviewers had mentioned, the bit valve doesn't provide quite as much flow as the cam
