I generally always wear a headband while working out. I do not like sweat getting into my eyes. This does well, but gives an extra benefit of keep your forehead and ears warm on cool-cold days while going on a walk, run, hike.
This fits and feels really great while wearing, keeps you comfortable, it breathes, and does not over heat me. It works as a Great first layer. I Highly recommend this for running, hiking, walking, etc. I also love the Mammut logo.
