This slip on shoe is way more durable and well built than I expected. Comfortable enough for a camp shoe and durable enough to wear all day. If you are wearing them for extended periods of time, I would recommend a sock to keep them from getting stinky. They material is quite thicker than expected. Good overall purchase.
Kokopelli has really improved their products over the past few years. I have the Nirvana self-bailer and it is a great boat, but the rogue is built much better. The valves are excellent, the seams and welds seem to be much better made, the sprayskirt is more durable than I expected. It packs down much smaller than my Nirvana, but not as small as some of the marketing pictures. Maybe I just haven't got the technique down. I'm close though. The raft tracks a little better than the Nirvana, but it's still a WW raft and it's not known for its exceptional tracking. With a packraft I look at my maps and trails a little different these days.
This fleece is perfect either layered or just by itself with a light top underneath. It is thicker than most fleece tops that I have. The half zip is nice. I can take the fleece off and on without removing my hat and/or sunglasses.
Although it is a little larger when packed than expected, it is still perfect for extending your camping season. My main use is using it as a stand alone sleeping bag for summer months. It packs much smaller than my 40 degree bag and much lighter. Perfect for kayak camping or packrafting. This bag is a great addition to your outdoor sleep system and has many different uses and gives you more options.
