the shirt is of good touch and fit me nicely. i am 5ft 10in and the M is like custom made. the material is soft and the workmanship is of good quality. the only complaint is the blue color does not look the same as on my screen.

Review for GU Caramel Macchiato Energy Gel

I personally did not believe much on so called energy gel until this GU helped me to get over an 140 mile ride. I like the coffee flavor but would prefer less sweet.
A must have for intensive activity. I recommend this product.

Just tried it on without having a real outdoor activity. Touch and feel is good though. The material is still very hard that I think will get softer after couple wearings.
