Ultimate Direction Ultra Vesta - Women's
This vest is beautifully made and I like it quite a bit, BUT I do a lot of backcountry speed hikes/runs lasting 10h plus in which we may not see any other people, which require that I bring more gear (Delorme Explorer), extra food and layers (down vest, small rain jacket), etc. despite the goal of being fast and light. I managed to fit everything, but it was so stuffed that it was uncomfortable. I will definitely use this for races, which offer readily available assistance, or runs that are more civilized (closer to help if needed) but I think I'll bring small backpack for the remote locations. Other issues: putting the empty water bottles back is a bit annoying.
