I bought these boots and loved them. They came in nice little individual bags. Warning they run small. I wanted to exchange them but they didn't have a size up. I called customer service and explained my problem. I was given a RMA to mail back my purchase. What happened to the fit guarantee? I was not given or offered a return label. I understand a company can not stay in business if they did free returns on discounted items. However, that should put that in the exceptions. These boots are a great deal however size up or know your size in jambu or you'll be paying for return postage.

Bought these for trail jogging. However, they are very comfortable and I am wearing them all the time. They has good cushioning. I wish they still had my size I'd order a spare pair.
