Not needed, but they do make connecting single tables of different heights more sturdy, like having one big interconnected table.

What else can you say? They are IGT Table Legs for SP's IGT Tables. They measure 830mm and the 830mm legs are strong and sturdy. 5 Stars.
You need these over the adjustable ones if you want a tall table. The adjustable legs are quite shaky and I'm not very confident in those legs for a tall table. Shorter lengths and adjustable are fine, but as for a taller setup, you need single piece and they are much better, buy these.
