I own two Blue Mesh Helinox chairs. I Decided to buy more for the adult children. I didn't buy the blue mesh one because Helinox switched the zip pouch to a carry on tote that has no zipper and no loops to attach a strap. So the first chair I owed came with the zip pouch and the second with the carry on tote.
Be aware, that the chairs are lightweight. On a windy day, they will fly on the beach. You will need to purchase the sand anchor pins from Helinox.
The black chair comes packed in a zip pouch. There are loops on the side of the pouch for you to attach a strap, and be able to carry as a crossbody or on your shoulder.
These chairs are expensive. For this price, the pouch should include the strap. So you will need to purchase the strap as well if you want greater convenience. Unfortunately, the pouch for this black chair is a lot smaller that the zip pouch bag that came with the blue mesh chair. You have to pack it up with a lot of precision, otherwise the bag will not close or zip up.
It will be much better if Helinox can be a little generous with the dimensions of the zip pouch and make it closer to the size of the one I have.
It is easy to clean the canvas with a hose or cloth and let it air dry. I wasn't too crazy about a black chair for the beach but the other option was the tie die pattern and that one is too loud. Hopefully, they will have more pleasant color offerings in the future with the zip pouch bag.
