This vest is quality made but it runs very small. Normally XL, got a XXL so it would fit over a sweatshirt but I could barely zip it. This is my second vest I'm returning. Today's vests really don't have the loft of yesteryear unless you're paying $400 and up.

Mountain Hardwear Mt. Eyak/2 Vest - Men's
This item was rated a regular fit but it was very snug when zipped up so I returned it. Was more like an althletic cut. I haven't bought a vest in a long time so I guess I was use to allot of loft, but todays vests seem to be much thinner. Probably could have got the same quality from Walmart at 1/2 the price.
