I purchased the smallest size and it hit me below my knees and the waist was very loose. I sent it back. For reference, I usually wear a size 0 or xs, Height 5' 100lbs.

Patagonia Nano Puff Bivy Pullover - Women's
This pullover is the perfect - the weight, style and comfort are exactly what I hoped for. I ordered a small and am 4'11", 100 lbs. Normally I order xs, but wanted room to layer underneath and not have it feel snug. The kangaroo pockets are a bonus for my always cold hands. Love love love the unobtrusive center zipper pocket. No need for a small pack when hiking, the pocket holds extras within reach. The hood is great for when the wind kicks up or if it's drizzling. I wore this to Wales and used it every day for hiking; under a light rain jacket and on its own. It will be a year round go-to jacket for me.
