I bought this pot to replace my MSR 2.5L ceramic pot which started losing it's coating immediately. I expect to get a lot more life out of my Toaks.

Let's start by listing the pros

1. Weight - The pot weighs in at 9.1 oz beating my MSR pot by 1.6 oz.
2. Durability - While this pot is thin, it feels very strong and I expect to last decades with proper use.
3. Health - Titanium is non-toxic and very stable. Ceramic is also considered some but I'm not so sure when it starts coming off.

Cons
1. Get's quite hot.
2. Design. It has a bail handle on the top and two on the sides. I prefer the arm style handle on my MSR which also folds to lock the lid in place. It's easier to get roasted with my Toaks.
3. Size - It's a two liter pot so it's going to be bulky. You can nest fuel, stove and other stuff inside to maximize space. I also considered a Sea to Summit collapsing pot to save space but I'm glad I went with the Toaks.

I wanted a hat that would provide solid sun protection without looking like a dork. I stumbled across the Sunday afternoon lookout hat which was on sale at Campsaver and I liked the look, had an Indiana Jones feel. That hat provides good sun protection for the face and neck, is breathable and relatively cool. I use it primarily for fishing and kayaking. The main drawback is a lack of a chin strap which means I can't use this on really windy days. I love how the leather accent looks but it does make the hat just a little warmer, a fair trade off imo. Recommend!

This little guy is awesome, make your backcountry camp mates jealous with skyline UL, I had to kick people out a few times in my last trip:-). I take this backpacking, fishing and even hiking. It's especially great when taking hikes with my mom, it gives her a comfortable place to sit when she gets tired. It's pricey and they have slightly heavier Chinese versions on Amazon for cheaper but if you plan using it heavily going with a brand that stands behind it's products is a good call.

First off I know this isn't the brightest headlamp in the world, it's listed as 200 lumens, I think the BD Storm is 400. That being said the Cosmo met or exceeded my expectations.

I broke this in on a backpacking trip to Los Padres National Forest. We got a late start and had about 2 miles of night hiking to get to the campsite, I had no problems navigating the trail which was overgrown in many places. We arrived in camp around 10PM and I stayed up until about midnight using the light in low mode which isn't too blinding for your campmates. When I woke up in the morning I found that my headlamp was on, I'm assuming all night. It still had plenty of power for the rest of the trip although it seemed like it would auto dim to save power. I even had enough juice to use it car camping the next weekend. I recommend the Cosmo, it's served me well.

These looked like very nice hiking shorts, decent cut, light and stretchy, but they turned out to be the least durable article of clothing I have ever purchased. If they were actually sewn by a competent tailor they might be nice but the seam on the crotch started coming apart on my first wear and will only grow from it's current 1.5 in size. I'm not sure if this was an anomaly or outdoor research makes low quality products. I'm going to try to return these and won't purchase any outdoor research clothing again. Clothes from REI, Marmot, prAna and even Columbia are quite durable where the Ferrosi shorts are about as durable as a wet paper bag so you probably want to avoid these.

I recently got back into backpacking and needed some warm lightweight gear so I decided to take a look at the Marmot Rocklin and I'm glad I did. The thing is awesome. I'm in between small and med and opted to go with the small and it fits great. It's warm, light and nice looking. I recommend.

Overall this is a quality product but it really seems geared towards household use. I intended to use this for camping and backpacking trips where I would be fishing. While it would work for this purpose most of the tools aren't useful for outdoors activities such as the box opener. Overall I'm still happy with my purchase but should have done a little more research. This tool will live in my car and is sure to get some use but if you intend to get this for outdoor use there are better options.
