Vasque Mantra 2.0 Hiking Shoe - Mens
I bought a pair of these a few months ago and love them. The fit is perfect and the shoes so comfortable and stylish. I liked them so much that I've just purchased two more pairs - one with Gore-Tex and one without. I'll wear the none GTX in the summer, as they will breath better, and the GTX version when it's damp outside. Great shoes.

Zamberlan Vioz GTX Backpacking Shoes - Men's
Nowadays I rarely do more than day hikes, but I regularly walk. Always wanted a pair of Zamberlans, but until now, always settled for something cheaper. Saw these at a good price and could not be happier. They were comfortable right out of the box, and will only get better with age - a bit like me. They are stylish enough to wear to the pub, and tough enough to wear to work, or on an extended hike

I own a dozen or more waterproof jackets, from military Gore-tex ECWCS jackets through to up-market Event fabric mountain jackets, and now the Westcomb Apoc made from NeoShell. It is super lightweight, super breathable and super waterproof.
