I picked this up on sale almost a year ago and have worn it in all seasons and weather since. Generally it's my rain/wind/fowl weather jacket. Great as a rain jacket, but cut loose enough to fit over my lighter (12oz) down jacket, or a sweater, and light enough for windy days especially hot ones where the pit zips shine. Mont Bell Frost Line Parka - Men's
The -10 degree, windy weather the northeast has been getting this year kicked my but and my usual 4.5 oz of down fill, sewn thru, jacket was seeming pretty cold. So I bought this. It is so nice. Slightly to puffy but the euphoria of the warmth and lightness of it makes that really moot. A real pleasure knowing I'll never be cold.

The -15 degree days were kicking my butt here in the NE so I had to find something warmer and not go broke doing it. This is an amazing jacket. Not to puffy, but puffy. So warm and cozy I guess I don't care. Way to warm for any activity I've every done, Maybe I'll use it for sitting on stand hunting next year. Not to puffy to wear around town though so that's what it's doing right now.
