Great multi-use pack

What I like:
Narrow profile. Sits up nice and high, too.
Internal gear loop. Really nice for hooking carabiners, leatherman, keys, what have you, so they don't sift themselves to the bottom of the pack.
Clear pocket.
Pack is expandable past its 22L size. At the end of the day I don't carefully pack things away, so my pack is always larger than it was when I started.
Lightweight. With a full rack, 2L of water, food, and a rope, I still felt very comfortable.
Nifty helmet storage
Fabric is tough

What I didn't love:
Shoulder straps. I tightened them as much as possible but there is still a gap between my shoulders and the straps. This probably wouldn't happen for someone larger or with bigger shoulders.
Internal pocket (not the clear one). This sits directly over the hydration port, so if you use a Camelback or similar reservoir you have to snake the tube around this pocket to push the hose out of the port. Annoying.
Hydration port. For some reason the port is extremely small. Just fitting a standard hose through, with rubber bite valve, was an endurance test.
Pack closure. There is a sequence to closing the pack, as the loop for the lid is located underneath the helmet storage, so if you have that on there, it's kind of a pain to close the pack up.
No "brain" pocket. This is a personal preference, I just like having an easy outer pocket but it's not that big a deal.
