Upper strap broke; helmet holder?
The upper strap of this bag (the part that connects the straps across the breastbone) broke the first time I used it. I had it sewn back on as it's a bit hard to use with a lot of weight in the bag without it, but then the other side of the strap broke off! Quite a disappointment.
It also was advertised to come with a place to store a helmet, but I can't find it anywhere.
Overall, it's a not a bad bag, but there aren't pockets on the sides or across the waist which would make it easier to use. There are small pockets on the shoulder straps, but they're not large enough to fit a modern smartphone.
