We love our flat top!
We have had so much fun using our flat top. The flavor of the food turns out so good. We made steak and artichokes last night. The cast iron gives such a nice sear and slight crisp which is such a delight.

Great Gift!
I bought this for my husband for his birthday. He absolutely loves it and has been cooking on it every day since he got it. Very easy to cook on and clean. Also very easy to move around due to the large wheels. He has already recommended it to his friends!
Pros:
- Large cooking surface, able to obtain multiple cooking temperatures across the griddle
Cons:
- Paper towel and tool holder would be nice to have
Best Used for:
- Anything??? We have cooked just about everything on it.

Flat Top Grill
In a word - AWESOME! Assembly was an adventure but the finished product is better than advertised. Looks great on my grill deck. Heats up easily and maintains a steady heat for grilling. The flat top griddle is large enough to feed a small army. Glad I upgraded to this model from my other Camp Chef stove.
