Great product

Recommend seasoning the Griddle prior to first using it. I use my cast iron skillet for pretty much everything, so plan on using this just as much. Summer is coming up, so I'm excited to use this for hibachi and hopefully glamping.

Griddle cooking

The griddle is great. Purchased to use on grill top BBQ and it works ok but you have to use full heat given the more undirect heat. Probably purchase stove in future to give true control to griddle temperature making griddle cooking faster and easier. Enjoying the purchase.
